Laboratory construction

As the demand of the market and the growing of the company, to meet the requirements of IATF16949 quality management system for the laboratory, the company is the laboratory for the expansion, covers an area of 90 square meters, with a new batch of new testing equipment and instruments, improve the various testing methods, improve the experimental personnel in all kinds of ability, guarantee the smooth completion of the relevant test of all kinds of auto parts.

Laboratory capacity

Currently, the main laboratory is equipped with: life testing machine, spring pull pressure testing machine, universal testing machine, two dimensional projection tester, salt spray testing machine, the combustion chamber, pressure tester, insulation resistance tester and other equipment, used to test the service life of the horn switch assembly, through to travel and meet together, pressure grade of products, insulation resistance, contact the springback, such as test items.
